History of this journal

Journal History of Journal of Educational Practice and Research

Journal of Educational Practice and Research traces its origin to the Journal of Taipei Junior Normal College, first published in December 1972 as an annual journal. It was later renamed Journal of National Taipei Teachers College in June 1988, which marked the beginning of Volume 1 of this publication.

In June 1999, the journal was renamed Journal of National Taipei Teachers College. In March 2003, the publication frequency changed to biannual, with issues categorized into three subject areas. In September 2005, the journal was renamed Journal of National Taipei University of Education, continuing the tri-category format.

Since March 2007, the journal has been published under its current title, Journal of Educational Practice and Research, focusing exclusively on educational research and related discussions, no longer divided into separate categories.

Starting from 2024, the journal is published three times a year (April, August, and December), with one volume consisting of three issues annually.
